Give Up Smoking
This habit can be incredibly difficult to give up, but there are so many negative consequences of smoking for your smile and whole body. Tobacco products double your risk of developing periodontal disease and are linked to the development of oral cancer. The key is to have a healthier replacement activity for when the craving kicks in. You don’t need to go through this journey alone.
